Your private suite is reached by an outdoor entrance. Step into a large living area complete with sitting area, dining room, reading nook, and solitude. A private bedroom and bath are yours, as well as a kitchenette where a self-serve hearty continental breakfast is made at your leisure. (We provide cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, juice, tea, milk, and coffee.)

As cozy as it is inside, there's lots of activities available outside all year round. Paddle one of our canoes around Sand Lake, explore canals and search for loons and moose. Or go for a bike ride on the Coastal Trail and watch for breaching whales. Sit a spell on the patio and feel the peacefulness engulf you. No matter what month it is, A Lakeside B&B is always in season.

Payment Policy
DEPOSITS: 50% of entire stay to hold reservation (minimum 1 night deposit); balance due 14 days prior to arrival for all summer bookings.

Refund Policy
Deposit is refunded (less $25 processing fee) with 14 days cancellation notice prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 8-13 days will receive 50% of deposit. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date or "no show" will forfeit deposit. Deposit fully refunded if we are unable to confirm your reservation.
