• Continental breakfast provided.
• Rates effective Jan 1, 2008. May be changed without notice.
• Please add 12% bed tax as required by the municipality
• Contact for special rates for bookings September 16-May 14.
• Deposits: 50% of entire stay to hold reservation (minimum 1
  night deposit).
• Refund Policy: Deposit refunded less $25 processing fee with
  14 days cancellation notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
  Cancellations made within 8-13 days will receive 50% of the deposit returned. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrivate date or "no show" will forfeit deposit. Deposit fully refunded if we are unable to accommodate your reservation.
• We gladly pay a 20% booking fee to qualified booking agencies.

House Rules:
• No smoking indoors, no pets
• Please remove your shoes just inside the door
